SYMPATHY
THE death occurred recently of Johnny McCarthy, Ballyea, Fedamore unexpectedly at the University Hospital, Cork. The late Johnny is survived his wife Helen, son John, daughters Helen-Marie, Pauline, Mary, Joan, Majella, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law and a large circle of relatives and friends. After reposing at his home, removal took place to Fedamore Church and burial took place at the Taylor’s Cross Cemetery.

LOTTERY
Castle Rovers weekly lotto draw was held in The Ranch Bar. Numbers drawn were 6, 9, 19 and 24. There was no outright winner. Lucky dip winners were: Brian O’Riordan, Mary Bourke, David Walsh, Margaret Ryan, Jonathan and Sharon Ryan. Each received €30.
